Sr. Executive-Accounts & Finance

Job Description / Responsibility

• Assist Manager, Audit in organising, planning, scheduling and executing various audits.

• Execute the audit tasks independently. Identify and assess risks and the effectiveness of related controls in the field and reset the scope of the work to complete the task effectively and efficiently.

• Work closely with management and non-management colleagues to get the best support.

• Draft the audit reports in easy understandable language and without ambiguity.

• Follow-up the previously reported audit observations to ensure effective closure and report thereon.

• Manage the assignments to complete effectively in the given time-frames.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate with major in Accounting/ Finance and CA Knowledge/ PE-I level passed.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 years

Additional Job Requirements

• Technical Skills: (familiar with Accounting Standards and Group Accounting Policies).

• Auditing Skills (able to manage Baseline Control Reviews, applying a risk management based approach, able to perform/manage special audits or investigations including post acquisition reviews and fraud investigations, Have high level of experience/knowledge of auditing different business functions and types, knowledge of Auditing Standards).

• IT Skills.

• Reporting/Presentation Skills.
