Principal/ GM - Polytechnic/ Training Center
Job Description / Responsibility
• Must have capable to run a Polytechnic Institute.
• Establish the annual master schedule for instructional programs.
• Maintain visibility with students, teachers, parents & the Boards.
• Be accountable for continuous improvement in the quality of education for students.
• Develop & sustain high quality teaching & learning throughout the Academy.
• Set appropriate priorities for expenditure & allocation of funds.
• Ensure effective Administration & audit control.
• Be responsible for Academy campus.
• Secure strong links with other key partners who are supporting the Academy’s development.
Educational Requirements
• B.Sc Engineer/ Preferably Diploma in Computer Science & B.Sc
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5 years
Additional Job Requirements
• Excellent communication skill in English with teaching experience.
